Golf Tour

West Broward Performance Ensemble 2nd Annual Golf Tournament

We need everyone's help - there is something everyone can do to help make this event a huge success! Besides Golfers and Sponsors, we need items donated for Golfer's Goodie Bags, items for Silent and Live Auctions, items for raffle, and unopened new bottles for Booze Basket raffle. Please click below to pull up the following forms that you can print: Sponsor/Player form and Business Letter to take to establishments for donations. These forms also reflect that we are a 501(c)(3) not for profit organization, making their donations tax deductible. Donated items will also receive acknowledgment in the Golf Tournament Program. BANK ATLANTIC CENTER (BAC) OPPORTUNITY

If you missed the parent meeting last week, and would like to sign up for dates to work BAC, the form to fill out is attached on the email accompanying this update.  Just fill out the form and check the events you would like to work, fill out the Centerplate Agreement form, scan and email both to Jan Pazienza: pazjan@aol.com . In order to work, you must attend one of the Alcohol Trainings.  The dates are on the form.  Once you attend (only 2 offered), they will contact Jan and let her know that you are able to work events.  Please remember that this is a commitment if you sign up, and we are counting on you.  If you need to cancel for any reason, Jan needs as much notice as possible to be able to fill your spot.  Centerplate will deduct $40. for each person we are short.   We have built a great reputation with B.A.C., and is the reason we have secured so many event dates this year.
